The Corporate You

When a child is born, the parents fill out a Certificate of Live Birth with the child's name spelled properly in upper and lower case letters. Upon the filing of that document, the STATE then creates a Birth Certificate with the child’s name in all “capitol letters.” This is not a lawful record of his/her birth, but rather the birth of an all capitol letter corporate fiction, i.e. JOHN SMITH. Since no proper name is written in all capitol letters (grammatically or lawfully), we can deduce that this doesn’t apply to the living being. 

For example, if you look at the U.S. Style’s Manual, it clearly states that anything in all capitol letters is either a corporation, a vessel, or a dead person. 

The STATE issued Birth Certificate is then registered with the Department of Commerce. Once the birth document is registered, the Department of Commerce notifies the U.S. Treasury Department, who takes out a loan from The Federal Reserve Bank. These Birth Certificate bonds are then collateralized by our future labor, and sold on the stock market, guaranteeing the purchasers a lifetime of labor, and tax revenues of every citizen.

This created an Exemption (pre-pay) account, which is identified by your Social Security Number without the dashes. It is your “EIN,” which stands for Exemption Identification Number. The credit borrowed is rightfully yours since you are on the line to pay it back through taxation. 

When the United States declared bankruptcy in 1933, they withdrew (stole) our gold with Executive Order 6102. They remedied this with HJR 192, which states:

That (a) every provision contained in or made with respect to any obligation which purports to give the obliged a right to require payment in gold or a particular kind of coin or currency, or in an amount of money of the United States measured thereby, is declared to be against public policy; and no such provision contained in or made with respect to any obligation hereafter incurred. Every obligation, heretofore or hereafter incurred, whether or not any such provision is contained therein or made with respect thereto, shall be discharged upon payment, dollar for dollar, in any such coin or currency which at the time is legal tender for public and private debts. Any such provision contained in any law authorizing obligations to be issued by or under authority of the United States, is hereby repealed, but the repeal of any such provision shall not invalidate any other provision or authority contained in such law. 

(b) As used in the resolution, the term "obligation" means an obligation (including every obligation of and to the United States, excepting currency) payable in money of the United States; and the term "coin or currency" means coin or currency of the United States, including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks and national banking associations. 

SEC. 2. The last sentence of paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of section 43 of the Act entitled, "An Act to relieve the existing national economic emergency by increasing agricultural purchasing power, to raise revenue for extraordinary expenses incurred by reason of such emergency, to provide emergency relief with respect to agricultural indebtedness, to provide for the orderly liquidation of joint-stock land banks, and for other purposes", approved May 12, 1933, is amended to read as follows: 

"All coins and currencies of the United States (including Federal reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks and national banking associations hereunto and hereafter coined or issued, shall be legal tender for all debts, for public and private, public charges, taxes, duties, and dues, except gold coins, when below the standard weight and limit of tolerance provided by law for the single piece, shall be legal tender only at valuation in proportion to their actual weight,” approved June 5,1933, 4:30 p.m.

Since the government eliminated our right to payment, they assumed responsibility for discharging our debts. That is what our exemption accounts were created for. The real crime is that we never received full disclosure!

Since the Government has no jurisdiction over the sovereign people, it had to create corporate fictions (your name in ALL CAPS) which they can regulate and control.  We became surety for these corporations by contractual agreements. This is how the living you become surety for the paper you.

The seizing of these corporations began on March 9, 1933, with the passage of “The Trading With The Enemy Act,” which is still in effect today. This act authorizes the President (commander and chief) to seize all registered property, including the “ALL CAPS” corporate entities created by the United States.  All registered property is deemed enemy property, and you own nothing! Just stop paying your property tax and see what happens.

Senate Document # 43; SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 62 (Page 9, Paragraph 2) April 17, 1933.  "The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of government, i.e., law, amounting to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State.”

Fidel Castro works for the Pope

Fidel Castro was born on August 13, 1926 into a very prosperous family in Cuba. Castro was educated by Jesuits in Oriente and Havana, where he would graduate with a law degree. His mentor was a Jesuit named, Armando Llorente, who referred to young Fidel as "motivated, proud, and different from the others."

Shortly after graduating law school, Castro joined the Christian Democratic Party as a young and ambitious lawyer. Don't be deceived into thinking this was a Christian organization; it was without a doubt, a Roman Catholic Party.

Despite trouble with the law, a short jail sentence, and a brief exile to Mexico, Castro, in alliance with the Jesuits, returned to Cuba in 1956 with a new plan to overthrow Batista. 

This came to fruition in 1959 during the Cuban Revolution, when Batista was forced to flee the Country.

After seizing power in Cuba, Castro wasted little time implanting his Marxist-Leninist ideology, driving out a large portion of the countries’ upper and middle class people. Castro's mission to communize and consecrate Cuba was a success. Cuba is now overwhelmingly a Roman Catholic nation.

This is further evidenced by ex-Jesuit, Alberto Rivera, when he exploited Castro as a Jesuit of the Fourth Vow.

We must never separate Jesuitism from Communism. It was the Jesuit’s who perfected the doctrine of communism on their Paraguay Reductions from 1609-1767.  If you want to trace the roots back even further, you can study the ancient Vow of Poverty found in the Catholic Encyclopedia. This is really an ancient monastic tradition.

Also note that Karl Marx was tutored by Jesuit General Peter Jan Beckx at the British Museum. He was nothing more than a tool used by the Jesuits to propagate this Doctrine.

Jesuit Control of the Supreme Court

Immediately after casting the deciding vote in favor of the Socialist-Communist Obamacare, Chief Justice John Roberts left the country for the island of Malta. It was there that he would be inducted into the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, for a job well done.

Shortly before his exile, Roberts told the Washington D.C. press corps that he was heading to an “impregnable fortress to escape.”  It’s no surprise that this coward sought refuge after betraying his right wing backers.   

The diabolical “Society of Jesus” controls the Supreme Court with their six Roman Catholic Justices, and three Papal Court Jews, two of which are CFR members overseen by Archbishop Timothy Cardinal Dolan.

The Jesuit run CIA

The Knights of Malta controlled the OSS through their papal knight, William (“Wild Bill") Donavan. The OSS was a precursor to the CIA, which would later be established after the conclusion of World War II. Donavan was one of the main architects of the CIA, thus elucidating the Jesuit power behind the agency. 

The other notable Papal Knights involved in the formation of the CIA were Dwight Eisenhower, Allen Dulles, Reinhard Gehlen, and Harry Truman (33 degree Freemason).  Gehlen, a Knight of Malta, was Hitler’s top intelligence man, who would later join the CIA after the war.

We must remember that the CIA absorbed Nazi Intelligence by bringing in many top Nazi Scientists via Operation Paperclip.

Another important Knight of Malta was long-time Chief of Counterintelligence James Jesus Angleton, who also managed the CIA's Vatican Desk, and Israel Desk.

There have been at least seven Knights of Malta Directors including Bill Donavan, Allen Dulles, John McCone, George H.W. Bush, William Casey, George J. Tenet, and Leon Panetta. The current director is Roman Catholic John Brennan, who attended Jesuit Fordham University. 

The Knights of Malta have now controlled the CIA for decades, as well as other intelligence agencies around the world. They all work together at the top.

The CIA has undoubtedly been involved in many nefarious acts throughout it’s history, and continues to do the dirty work of the Jesuits as their trusted third party.

Joseph Stalin was a Jesuit

Joseph Stalin was born into a prominent Catholic family in Gori, Georgia. His father was a priest and his mother was a devout Catholic. Stalin was educated by Capuchin priests as a boy, and would later be accepted into Tiflis Seminary, a Jesuit institution. 

Despite the Jesuits expulsion in 1820, by Alexander I, many Jesuits still remained within Russian territory, and maintained control of several institutions, including Tiflis Seminary. Stalin himself substantiates this in his interview with Journalist Emil Ludwig (Cohen).

Some historians propagate the theory that Stalin departed from the seminary shortly before graduating, but this position is untenable. The more logical and credible conclusion is that Stalin graduated as a Jesuit priest, with the assignment to infiltrate and manage the Georgian Underground Movement against the Russian Tsarist Government. Either way, we know he was Jesuit trained, and on mission to enforce the Jesuit doctrine of Communism throughout Russia. 

By 1922, the country was broke, and many were starving. Desperate for reinforcements, American Companies along with Wall Street Financiers stepped in and helped the Bolsheviks get Russia going again. In April of the same year, Stalin was made General Secretary of the Central Committee.

With everything now in place, Jesuit General Wlodimar Ledochowski ordered for the death of Lenin, and gave full power of the Soviet Union to Bloody Joseph.

Stalin kicked it into high gear in 1939 when he began the outlawing of the Russian Orthodox Church, seizing thousands of schools and churches to be put in the hands of the Catholic Church. 

A greatly suppressed fact is that the head of Stalin’s death camps in Siberia was none other than Cardinal Gregory Agagianian, his classmate at Tiflis. Together these sinister Roman Catholic classmates would kill tens of million of people in their death camps, far exceeding the casualties of Hitler in Germany. Sadly, this information has barely seen the light of day.

Toward the end of his life, Stalin had a falling out with the Catholic Church resulting in a strong suppression against them. 

Shortly after these events, Stalin was given the poison cup and died on March 5, 1953. 

“Practically every right-wing dictator of the period had been born and brought up a Catholic – notably Hitler, Franco, Petain, Mussolini, Pavelic, and Tiso (who was a Catholic priest).” – John Cornwell - Hitler's Pope (1999; p. 280)

WE ARE THE ENEMY

On March 9, 1933, Congress passed the Emergency Banking Relief Act, which amended section 5b of the Trading With the Enemy Act to apply to all PERSONS within the United States. This was originally a World War 1 statute that was later revised. It now reads:  

"During time of war or any other period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, or otherwise, investigate, regulate, or prohibit, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments by banking institutions as defined by the President, and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarking’s of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency by any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof; and the President may require any person engaged in any transaction referred to in this subdivision to furnish under oath, complete information relative thereto, including the production of any books of account, contracts, letters or other papers in connection therewith in the custody or control of such person, either before or after such transaction is completed. “

What they did was create an Legal Fiction/Artificial Person upon the filing of your birth certificate, which is nothing more than a corporation (a paper version of you). This lowered our status from a Private US Citizen protected by section 1 of the 14th amendment, to a public US Citizen subservient to the Military Government. This inferior citizenship had to be created in order for the seizure to take place.  

Do you ever wonder why birth certificates are registered with the Department of Commerce? The signing of the SS5 form further amalgamated us to this ALL CAP Corporate Sole, making us surety for the name. For example, look at your driver’s license, bank statements, bills, credit/debit cards, insurance card, SS card, and other pieces of ID, and you will notice that it’s always in the ALL CAPS letter name.   Banks and Government can only do business with this ALL CAPS name. It has no jurisdiction over the living man or woman. We must also understand that the common law was ousted in 1938 pursuant to the Erie Railroad v. Tompkins case. We are now dominated by Uniform Commercial Code (Admiralty Maritime Law), and Roman Civil Law (statutes and codes).  Everything now operates in commerce. 

This ancient Roman system is referred to as Capitis Diminutio Maxima, and dates back to the ancient Phoenicians.

Capitis Diminutio Maxima - (meaning a maximum loss of status) - the highest or most comprehensive loss of status. This occurred when a man's condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave. It swept away with it all rights of citizenship and all family rights. 

Here is a series of events that culminated in Proclamation 2040, of March 9, 1933:

In 1868, the 14th amendment was ratified, which broadened citizenship and made it national. It did not create a new citizenship (Colgate v. Harvey). 

In 1871, the United States incorporated under “The act of 1871.”

In 1873, The Slaughter House Decision eliminated the Bill of Rights.

In 1913, the Federal Reserve act was passed.

In 1917, the original Trading With The Enemy Act was amended before its 1933 revision, (making you and I the enemy). 

In 1921, The Sheppard-Towner Act was passed.

In 1929, they fomented the great depression using three Irish Roman Catholic short sellers, including Knight of Malta, Joe Kennedy.

These were nothing more than pre-scripted events that led to the subversion of our Constitution.  Maybe the “Fasces Symbols”

behind the podium in Congress will make sense to you now.

The Jesuits are the revived Knights Templar

The Knight’s Templar was expelled from the Papacy in 1312 by Pope Clement V and Philip IV of France. The few Templars who escaped went to the powerful kingdom of Aragon and became known as the Order of the Calatrava, who would later align with the the Montessa. In 1534, a Spanish nobleman by the name of Ignatius Loyola would revive the Templars and call them the "Society of Jesus." Loyola was a Templar, and a member of a secret society called the "Alumbrados."  The third Superior General and co-founder of the order was Francis Borgia. The Borgia bloodline is part of the notorious "Black Nobility" which dates back to the ancient Ptolemaic period in history.

The Jesuits went on to create Scottish Rite Freemasonry in 1754. They authored the first twenty-five degrees of Scottish Rite Freemasonry in their college of Clermont in France, and finalized the remaining eight degrees with Frederick the Great during their suppression. The godfather of the Scottish Rite, Albert Pike, was controlled by the powerful Jesuit, Pierre-Jean De Smet, who was also the mentor of Brigham Young. They would eventually take control of all factions of Freemasonry during their council of Wilhelmsbad in 1782. 

After the Scottish Rite was established, the Jesuits created the Order of the Bavarian Illuminati. The Company of Jesus was forced underground after their suppression in 1773 by Pope Clement XIV.  This suborder of the Jesuits would be used to foment the French Revolution in order to take vengeance on the countries who suppressed the Jesuits during the latter half of the 18th century. It was Jesuit trained, Emmanuel Joseph Sieyes, who ignited the movement with his pamphlet, "what is the third estate?" This led to Napoleon taking the Pope captive until Pius VII readmitted the Jesuits into the Papacy in 1814. The Jesuits have controlled the Papacy ever since.
